TwinNests is a family planner built for kids who live in two houses. Set your custody schedule once, and everyone sees whose night it is, what to pack, and what's coming up at school.

What we're building

• Custody rotations in one tap: 2-2-3, 2-2-5-5, 3-4-4-3, week on/week off, every other weekend, with holidays layered on top.
• Swaps without the back-and-forth: propose a trade, the other parent accepts, both calendars update.
• Two-way Google Calendar sync for both parents, so nobody has to switch apps.
• School and sports schedules pulled in from emails, photos and team feeds. You confirm before anything is added.
• Handoff checklists so the inhaler, the cleats and the homework make it to the other house.
• Shared expenses with receipts and a running balance.
• Wall mode that turns an old tablet into a kitchen calendar. No new hardware to buy.
